Things you should know
Terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Participation is by invitation only and at pay.com.au’s discretion. You must hold an active User Account. Entry into the Monthly Prize Draw is subject to completing Successful Referrals in the relevant calendar month and will be governed by additional terms and conditions.
2. Referrals
You may only share your unique Advisor Referral Identifier (being referral code or link) with people you have an existing business relationship with, who are new to pay.com.au and eligible to open an account.
3. Successful Referral
A referral qualifies once the referred party opens a fully verified pay.com.au User Account using your Advisor Referral Identifier and processes AU$10,000 or more in Eligible Payments via the Platform within 30 days of verification. Advisor Referral Identifiers cannot be added after the sign-up process.
4. Representations/Branding
You must not represent yourself as an agent or representative of pay.com.au or use our trademarks, logos or marketing materials except those we have expressly approved for Advisor Program use. You must not make incorrect or misleading statements or representations about the Platform or pay.com.au’s services.
5. Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws (including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) and for your own tax obligations on any benefits received. You must not provide general or personal advice to potential referrers unless you are independently licensed to do so. You must disclose to anyone you provide your Advisor Referral Identifier that you are receiving a benefit under this program.
6. Other terms apply
The pay.com.au Platform Terms and PayRewards Terms also apply. Terms not defined in these terms and conditions have the same meaning as set out in those terms (as applicable).
7. Program availability
The Advisor Program is not offered on a perpetual or ongoing basis. Pay.com.au may change, suspend, withdraw or end the program – or withdraw your access to it – at any time at our discretion.
8. Acceptance
By sharing your Advisor Referral Identifier, you agree to these terms and conditions. These bullets are a summary terms only and may replace with full terms and conditions in the future and your acceptance of those terms will be a condition of continuing participation in the program.
