In the month of July we really focused our attention towards improving our self help support function by introducing in app product walkthroughs and our very own help centre!

Ever wondered how to pay your superannuation using pay.com.au? Perhaps you’ve heard of our new Xero integration and want to know how to connect it.
Never fear, our help centre is here! Our extensive, and ever growing article base has the answers you’ve been searching for.

Locate the help centre in the dropdown menu under your user profile in pay.com.au.

📣 In-platform announcements and product walkthroughs
Never miss a beat, with our new in app announcement and product walkthrough feature, we’ll help guide you through new product launches as streamlined as possible. Better still you’ll now see exclusive offers as soon as they become available, just by logging in.

Improvements 🔨

🔎 ABN Lookup for QBR

Lookup your ABN with ease when connecting your Qantas Business Rewards account. This improvement allows you to search for the full ABN or a partial business name.

Arriving soon 🧳

Our goal to achieve a more secure and faster turnaround for verification through Biometrics is still a primary focus for the team! With some exciting progress being made in the month of July we are currently testing the implementation of this exciting new feature.
