Bowens Bonus Offer  

Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) 

  1.  
 New customers who open and verify a new pay.com.au Business Account using the promotional code “BOWENS” during the Offer Period and subsequently process not less than $10k in payments within 30 days of verifying their account, will receive 20,000 bonus PayRewards Points (the “Offer”).  
  1.  
 This Offer is conducted by Pay.com.au Limited ACN 639 316 546 (“pay.com.au”). Questions relating to this Offer should be directed to support@pay.com.au.

 These Offer Terms should be read in conjunction with the pay.com.au General Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”). To the extent of any inconsistency, the General Terms shall prevail over these Offer Terms. 
  1.  
 The rules of construction in section 1.2 of the General Terms apply to these Offer Terms. Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in the General Terms. 
  1.  
 The Offer commences at 12:01am AEST on 17 September 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 December 2027 (the “Offer Period“). 
  1.  
 To be eligible for this Offer, customers must: 
 
  1. sign up for, and successfully verify, a new Business Account during the Offer Period using the sign-up code “BOWENS”; and  
  1. not be, and not be linked to, an Australian business that already holds, or has previously held, a pay.com.au account, 
  (“Eligible Customer”).  
  1.  
 Eligible Customers must submit and approve not less than $10,000.00 in Eligible Payments within 30 days of verifying their pay.com.au account (“Qualifying Period”), to receive the bonus 20,000 PayRewards Points. 
  1.  
 For the purposes of these Offer Terms, “Eligible Payments” means the following: 
 
  1. any outgoing payment submitted and approved via the pay.com.au Platform; 
 
  1. incoming payments received by the Eligible Customer under the Get Paid Services;  
 
  1. any outgoing payment submitted and approved via the pay.com.au Platform to a Nominated Payee outside of Australia; 
 
  1. are successfully remitted to the applicable Nominated Payee within 7 calendar days of the end of the Qualifying Period;  
 
  1. are not, at any time on or before the Reward Issue Date, subject to a refund, cancellation, chargeback or other payment recall, 
  using an Approved Payment Method, but explicitly excludes: 

  1. Prohibited Payments; 
  1. payments made for any illegal, improper or fraudulent purpose; and 
  1. payments which otherwise do not comply with the General Terms. 
  1.  
 Eligible Payments for the purpose of these Offer Terms are taken to include any applicable fees and taxes.  
Bonus PayRewards Points 
  1.  
 Eligible Customers who meet all of the above requirements for this Offer will have their account credited with the bonus 20,000 PayRewards Points within 30 days of the end of the Qualifying Period (the “Reward Issue Date”) subject to any documentation requested by pay.com.au. 
  1.  
 Pay.com.au is not liable for any delay in crediting or providing rewards or bonuses. Pay.com.au reserves the right to cancel any entitlement to rewards or bonuses after the Reward Issue Date if pay.com.au determines that the Eligible Customer has breached the General Terms or these Offer Terms. 
Qualifications 
  1.  
 To qualify, Eligible Customers must not be in breach of the General Terms or these Offer Terms, and their Business Account (and all linked User Accounts) must be in good standing. 
  1.  
 Pay.com.au reserves the right to refuse to credit rewards or bonuses if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached the General Terms and/or these Offer Terms. 
  1.  
 Eligible Customers can only qualify once per Australian business registered with pay.com.au. Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Offer. 
  1.  
 This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 
General 
  1.  
 Eligible Customers remain solely responsible for confirming their own payment obligations, including beneficiary details, payment amounts and payment deadlines, with their suppliers and payees. 
  1.  
 Eligible Customers should consider the tax consequences of receiving Bonus PayRewards Points under this Offer. Consult a qualified tax advisor for further information. 
  1.  
 Nothing in these terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between pay.com.au and Bowens. 
  1.  
 Your information is collected and handled in accordance with the pay.com.au Privacy Policy. 
  1.  
 Any claims in relation to this Offer must be made directly to pay.com.au via support@pay.com.au. 
  1.  
 To the extent permitted by law, pay.com.au reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice.
