PAY.COM.AU AND MAKE IT CHEAPER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Pay.com.au Limited ACN 639 316 546 (Pay.com.au, we, our or us) operates and controls the Website.

1. Eligible for customers who sign up to pay.com.au and enter a valid referral code, pay their eligible energy bill in full via pay.com.au within 3 months of signing up.
2. To be eligible for offer you must share the unique link referral code provided by Make it Cheaper when creating an account with pay.com.au.
3. pay.com.au reserves the right request a copy of customers energy bill
4. Promotional bonus PayPoints to be allocated to customers accounts within 30 days of being eligible for the offer.
5. Make it Cheaper referrals must be a new client of Pay.com.au (not having previously held an account with Pay.com.au).  All account applications are subject to our standard account opening criteria and will be governed by the terms and conditions located at https://pay.com.au/terms-and-conditions/
6. We will not provide any payment, commission, or reward of any type in connection with the Promotion unless specifically set out in these Rules.
7. pay.com.au will not be liable for any loss arising from delay in your receipt of PayPoints where the cause of any such delay is outside of our control.
8. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Rules will be resolved by Pay.com.au in a manner it deems to be fairest to all concerned and that decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
9. If at any time all or any part of any provision of these Rules are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision(s) shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of the remainder of that provision or all other provisions of these Rules or the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of that provision or all other provisions of these Rules.
10. These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and shall by subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
11. 15x more points is based on research indicating less than 5% of business payments occur using credit cards. Average usage and individual earnings may vary. See here for more information on assumptions and points earning.
12. Our three month launch offer is open to new customers signing up and commences on the date of sign-up. Once the offer concludes pay.com.au will be in touch to discuss your preferred plan and payment method. Customers will be placed onto the free subscription if no selection is made.
