First Payments Bonus Terms and Conditions
*Terms and Conditions – March 2026 Transaction Incentive
Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in the Platform Terms and Conditions and PayRewards Terms and Conditions (as applicable).
1. Participation in this Offer is by invitation only.
2. Selected Pay.com.au Accounts will earn tiered bonus PayRewards Points (Bonus PayRewards Points) for Eligible Payments made within 30 days of successfully verification of the relevant pay.com.au Account (Offer Period):
a. 1,000 bonus PayRewards Points for the 1st Eligible Payment;
b. 4,000 bonus PayRewards Points for the 5th Eligible Payment; and
c. 10,000 bonus PayRewards Points for the 10th Eligible Payment.
3. Eligible Payments must be domestic payments with a minimum AUD$150 payment amount (excluding any fees and associated GST) per Eligible Payment and must be successfully remitted during the Offer Period to qualify.
4. Customers can only qualify once per Australian business registered as a Pay.com.au Account. Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this offer.
5. The maximum number of Bonus PayRewards Points that can be earned per Pay.com.au Account during the Offer Period is capped at 15,000 PayRewards Points.
6. Any claims relating to this bonus points offer must be made directly to pay.com.au via support@pay.com.au.
7. Bonus PayRewards Points will be issued within fourteen days of the end of the Offer Period.
8. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
9. To the extent permitted by law, pay.com.au reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
